ELF Kapooka, Army Base

Including $160M upgrade works with new accommodation and training facilities to existing army base with all hydraulic services and fire services including all fire electrics. Works also included replacement of the existing sewerage treatment plant with a new blackwater treatment plant which treats water to A Grade quality and six kilometres of treated water recycling pipelines for WC flushing and irrigation.
