1. Sydney Water Section 73 Application General applications are required by all Developers. You will need a Council Development Application Consent, before you can lodge a Sydney Water Section 73 Application. You can lodge the application through Warren Smith & Partners. We will collect the application fee on behalf of Sydney Water and transfer the application to Sydney Water on your behalf. Sydney Water will then issue a Section 73 Notice of Requirements to Warren Smith & Partners which will be provided to the Applicant for their records. 2. Checklist of Information to Prepare a Section 73 Application The following is a checklist of documentation as required to be provided in order to process a Section 73 Application on your behalf- Address, Lot No. Deposited Plan, House No. of your land; The Name, Address and Contact details of the Developer; A description of what exists on the land now; A Description of the new development, e.g.; No. of units or dwellings; A copy of the Development Consent and Conditions as issued by the local Municipal Council; A copy of the Sydney Water Sanitary Diagram.
