Sydney’s newest five (5) star hotel located in the Darling Harbour Live precinct. 608 rooms over 28 floors, Swimming pool, gym, ballroom, meeting rooms, Restaurant, club lounge.  The Fire Services design includes a Combined Fire Sprinkler and Hydrant system in reaction to the sites restricted space constraints, this approach allowed a reduced plant requirement.
