Warren Smith Consulting Engineers (WSCE) Hydraulic and Fire services worked closely with the design and construction team to ensure the carpark and cultural centre, the cutaway, met current and future requirements for fit out. The hydraulic and fire services provide compliant systems for the use as a large cultural centre or multiple level structure.
Marrickville Library
Marrickville Library will be a vibrant public space, which provides engaging and relevant programs and services to develop the cultural, recreational and lifelong learning needs of the diverse Marrickville community. WSCE worked closely with Marrickville council to develop the concept & scheme design for the Fire and Hydraulic services delivery to the building contractors.

Top Ryde City is a large suburban Retail, Commercial and Residential development in Ryde, Sydney. The initial scheme included multiple levels of basement Carparking with Retail over. It included enabling works for the future Residential towers over.
