We use the latest versions of industry standard packages such as MS Office, CAD Drafting Suites and engineering calculation software to deliver best practice design solutions.
Areas where we exceed industry best practice is in our internal procedures management on our “Wiki” page and our employee performance evaluation software. Our internal “Wiki” page ensures all staff are across the latest developments in the company and can be accessed from anywhere through the web. Our staff performance evaluation software gives us the ability to easily identify areas for improvement for all our staff to keep our team at the forefront of the industry.
The drafting packages technology we use to deliver for our clients are;

- Building Design Suite for Fire and Hydraulic works
We adopted the use of Building Information Models in our CAD software packages early as we saw that it was going to be the way the industry headed. This early adoption has allowed us to be at the forefront of BIM implementation on projects and deliver the best outcome for clients.
Through the use of 3D models we are able to deliver 3D models at any stage of the project. Schematic or Detailed design through to workshop drawings and As-Built models to deliver to facilities management teams for integration into the facilities management software.
Using 3D models and undertaking 3D clash detection early in the design phase helps us identify potential problems among the different design disciplines early on. With this knowledge we are able to rectify the problems quickly so there are less problems in construction. As contractors continue to shift toward practices rooted entirely in BIM, our ability to provide a quality model is a valuable tool to help our clients save time and money.
